The Feast of the Sto. Nino de Cebu is the biggest festival in Cebu. Cebuanos are fond of the Sto. Nino, like a parent to a child, thus the devotion is filial, full of hope and trust and love.
The religious activities kicked off with a Walk with Jesus dawn procession attended by hundreds of thousands of Cebuanos (estimated at around 200,000).
The first day of the 9-day novena starts today, January 5 and will end January 13. Novena masses are at an interval of 1.5 hours, starting at 530am until 7pm.
